This is probably the last character I'm going to make for a little while. Clarence escaped from humans, so he considers himself an expert on them xD He also has an odd metal collar that beeps every so often (about once or twice a month); unless he's close to radio/cellular waves. He's a bit of a wise-guy and can be a trouble maker x3
